Using original recipes and a goodly dose of imagination, Clotilde Thomas makes 10 types of fruit juice, cordials with their own special flavours (madeleine, saffron, candyfloss, geranium etc.), vinegar (fruit, red wine with aniseed and ginger etc.), herb sachets (e.g. mint) and spices for fruit juice. Clotilde has also created products to mark the centenary of the First World War. Gourmet hampers available.
