This 2-day / 1-night stay gives you a chance to explore the mirabelle plum orchards and Meuse Hills by bike. A guide will be available to take you on a ride through the Lorraine regional country park.
Isabelle and Gilles welcome guests to their B&B, "La Bottée", in the typical Lorraine village of Viéville-sous-les-Côtes.
"La Bottée" is a vigneron's house and a worker's cottage. The guest rooms are all "Gîtes de France" listed.
The country cottage includes three bedrooms and a lounge, providing a level of comfort, a charm, a simple authenticity and a tranquillity that never fails to please.
Optional extra: table d'hôte meal with advance booking (€23 / pers.). The dinner is served as it was in days gone by, in the family kitchen. It's simple and unsophisticated - a chance to enjoy food that has been cooked slowly on our wood-fired range.
The menu varies depending on the produce in season: aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, glass of wine, dessert, coffee or a herbal infusion.
Picnic hamper (€12 / pers.).
Valid from November to March inclusive.
After your cycle run, you might like to stop at the GAEC de l'Aumonière (Meuse wine producer) in Viéville-sous-les-Côtes, for a tour of the cellar and a chance to taste Côtes de Meuse wine.
