Located close to the N4 road between Commercy and Void, at the gateway to Meurthe-et-Moselle, Sorcy-Saint-Martin is a village in the Meuse Valley.
Elodie welcomes guests to the two rooms in her B&B, "Au bord de Meuse" (Gîtes de France - 3 ears of corn). The decor in the rooms, on the first floor of a converted outbuilding, combines the modern with the traditional.
- "Souvenirs d’antan" has 1 double bed and 1 single.
- "Au naturel" has twin beds.
Each room has an en-suite. We can also supply a cot and an additional bed (extra charge) if necessary.
Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.
Sorcy-Saint-Martin is the ideal starting-point from which to explore the south of the Meuse Valley and see its diverse historic and cultural heritage. Head for Commercy (11 km), once the residence of the Dukes of Lorraine, and try the famous madeleine cakes. And don't miss Vaucouleurs (13 km), the small town with a number of major sites linked to the story of Joan of Arc.
Equally worth visiting are Toul (26 km) and its cathedral and, of course, Nancy (48 km) and its architectural gems such as Place Stanislas.
