Le Moulin à grains in Ménil la Horgne welcomes guests for a weekend or longer focussing on truffles.
Step into the mysterious world of truffles. On Day 1, you'll go on a truffle hunt and, on Day 2, there's a cookery class to learn how to cook with truffles.
During the cookery class, you'll prepare a cooked foie gras with truffle, make 250 g of salted butter with truffle, add truffles to a camembert made with unpasteurised milk and prepare 250 g of salt with truffle. You'll take home the truffles you found and all the food you've prepared.
