MAISON DES ARTS ET TRADITIONS RURALES

This museum is located in a village at the foot of the Meuse Hills. See a typical winegrower’s
house built in 1850 (furniture, everyday objects, farm implements etc.), exhibitions of trades in days gone by (vines, flax), and learn about the cooper’s craft. See the eco-garden and its equipment to learn about good gardening practices that respect the environment and promote good health.
Exhibitions about old trades and crafts, temporary exhibitions. Eco-shop selling local produce and craft objects.
Reading area, video and creativity workshops for children (with advanced booking).
The educational oil mill shows the various processes involved in processing oil-bearing plants.
Special events for school parties, out-of-school clubs and the general public.
