Caving
The karst scenery in the forests of the Barrois area are a unique site in Lorraine where you can learn about or practise caving.
Come and explore these secret chasms with the Maison Lorraine de la Spéléologie (Caving in Lorraine).
Available during the school holidays and by agreement, for a variety of groups including those from outdoor centres or holiday centres, offering training in caving to organise trips to explore the underground landscape for half-days or days. Training courses over several days are available. Half-day or whole-day exploratory trips. Visits to Museums: le petit Musée de la Paléontologie (little Palaentology Museum), Musée de la Préhistoire (Prehistory Museum) and Musée de la Spéléologie (Caving Museum).
Accommodation can be booked by the night or for longer trips; meeting room and catering on site or nearby. Total capacity 30 people.
