Characters of Today

Isabelle Nanty was born in 1962 at Bar-le-Duc. She is a French actress, director and film-maker. She has had a career as a comedy actress and director of one-man comic shows. In the cinema, she usually plays secondary roles. In 2003, she directed her first film, "Le Bison" (the Bison).

Sophie Thalmann was born in 1976 at Bar-le-Duc, and was voted Miss France in 1998. She began her television career that same year with Michel Drucker, then she worked for Radio Bleu Sud Lorraine. In 1999, she was co-presenter for the French TV channel TF1 of the "Téléfoot" programme. She took part in other programmes such as "Y'a pas photo", and also presented programmes on the Equidia channel.
